Our talented colleagues are listed below in the order they joined. This is the current list of full-time employees, but of course we have had many great teammates in the past, and we also rely on an extensive network including countless nursery growers, delivery drivers, irrigation and plumbing parts suppliers, stone and gravel suppliers, our bookkeepers and accountant, and more.

Caleb Brown (Founder & Orgnanizer)
I see gardens and businesses as forms of art. After leaving my university linguistics career, I helped save a nonprofit language school and saw how business can be done for good. I later conceived and operated a fair-trade coffee roasting operation in the Appalachian hills of Ohio before finding my current career path in horticulture. I relocated to New Orleans with little more than dreams, but my banjo and fiddle led me to be introduced to Mr. Joe Young of St. Charles Ave. as well as Gregg Hill who both encouraged me to start a landscape company. I got some licenses and began working, and soon found I needed a lot of help. When I'm not at work, I like to look at bugs and play music.
